The Trip Booking

Every sale is a Trip Booking. It links a Customer to a specific Package Departure, locking in their seats.

Ground Operations

Operations staff will use Hotel Allocations to map pilgrims to rooms, and Transport Manifests to assign them to coaches for safe transfers between Makkah and Madinah.
